Based on LDMOS technology, this PA is designed for linearity and digital broadcast applications (DVB-T, DVB-S) which use COFDM systems with various modulation types such as QPSK and QAM. Applications might also be Multichannel Multipoint Distribution Service (MMDS) or any high data rate point to point connection. This power amplifier can also be used for CW applications and with its medium power of P3dB exceeding 47 dBm at a frequency of from 1.9 GHz to 2.5 GHz. In addition, an internal voltage regulator ensures a stable RF output power of at 16 V - 28 V DC operating voltage.
