It is with deep gratitude and excitement that I’m able to share the FY25 results in this newsletter, as this past financial year was the strongest in the history of the Alaris Group.
Among the many achievements of FY25, a notable highlight is the exceptional performance across the Group for the year ended 30 June 2025. In summary the results are:
· Revenue increased by 40% to R788 million
· Gross Profit rose by 34% to R518 million
· Profit After Tax surged by 140% to R130 million
· Earnings Per Share (EPS) grew by 137% to 101.16 cents

The evolving geopolitical landscape continues to drive rapid change across our industry, calling for agility, innovation, and strategic adaptation. Together with our customers, we are navigating these shifts to ensure our developments and solutions meet emerging needs and challenges.

The FY25 results reflect not only the strength of our strategy but, most importantly, the dedication, expertise, and resilience of our people across the Group. I extend my sincere appreciation to the entire Alaris team for their unwavering commitment and passion, which have been the cornerstone of this success.
The end of the financial year also marked a defining milestone in the evolution of our Group with the successful completion of a strategic transaction involving UK-based investor Corvest Atlanta Nominee Ltd (CANL). This achievement led to the establishment of our new UK company, Alaris The RF Technology Group Ltd (Alaris RFT), and represents an important step in positioning the business for future growth and international expansion.
Following this transition, I am pleased to introduce the newly appointed Board of Directors for Alaris RFT:
