As we approach the end of 2024 and reflect on this past year, it is done with a sense of gratitude for the considerable growth the Alaris Group has experienced.
This year has been a significant chapter for our company and the broader fields of RF / Microwave electronics and antenna engineering. We have witnessed rapid advancements in technologies such as phased array systems, multi-band communication, aircraft entertainment and health solutions, as well as improved spectrum efficiency. These innovations are essential in meeting the evolving demands of modern security operations, often shaped by current geopolitical tensions.
Additionally, we have seen notable progress in the health and industrial sectors, where our equipment continues to find valuable applications. It is indeed encouraging to witness the positive changes taking place across the various industries.
The success we’ve achieved this year would not be complete without expressing our heartfelt gratitude to our partners, suppliers and customers worldwide. Your unwavering support and partnership, as well as confidence in the Alaris Group—our people, technologies, and services—have been instrumental to our accomplishments in 2024.
We are proud to stand alongside you, developing advanced products that address the needs and resolve the challenges faced by countries worldwide and in the process contributing to critical projects that shape the future of defence and communication. Innovative solutions have been developed that strengthen resilience and operational capabilities for the protection and safety of communities.
To our shareholders, I want to express sincere appreciation for your trust, commitment, and continued faith in Alaris. Your support and patience, especially during the restructuring process, have been vital to our progress and our ability to grow the business.
To every employee in the Group, thank you for your incredible hard work, loyalty, and commitment. This has been a year of significant milestones, and none of it would have been possible without your dedication, perseverance and passion. We are very grateful to all our colleagues and their families for the outstanding support received this year.
